For each method, please make selections on website - you will be prompted for your choice at checkout. This allows you to have all specifications and engraving instructions handy when you order.

For security purposes, I do not offer the option to keep your credit card information on file, and all order information is deleted off of server once order has been shipped. I do maintain a file of your orders *without* credit card information. If you have any questions about ordering, please email me.

PAYMENT

All prices are in U.S. funds. I accept credit card (Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express), Paypal, personal check (U.S. bank) or money order. Just shop, checkout, and choose your payment method. You'll be prompted with payment instructions for each method. If, for any reason, you have questions about payment, please email me.

SHIPPING

I strive to ship ASAP - 12 business days is the longest ... It takes me 12 business days to cycle through all of the types of items that I engrave, with re-tooling of my engraver between each. I always check on new orders before re-tooling, so if your order comes in while I am engraving that type of item, it gets made and shipped right away.

Sometimes, if you need an item quickly, if I am not too booked, I can slip it into the schedule. But since this usually requires two extra re-toolings of my engraver, I have to charge a rush fee. Please inquire.

I ship most places allowed by U.S. law, but reserve the right to reject any order outside of the U.S. Shipping is automatically calculated based on weight for some items, and per-item for others.

You may choose method of USPS shipping when entering shopping cart for most items. You can change your choice at any time.

While I offer free shipping on orders over $100 to destinations in the Continental U.S., the shopping cart is only capable of showing free shipping on all orders. As noted at checkout, shipping charges on orders over $100 outside of the Continental U.S. will be added at time order is billed.

TIP: If you are not in a rush for the item, please write me to invoice you at First Class or Parcel shipping rate - can save you money (the shopping cart is not set up to calculate it.) If you have questions about shipping cost for an order please email me.
